AVOID! Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Not as a client. Not as a staff member. Bonnie galant and her side kick Penelope cooper are the ring leaders ofToxic bullying, workplace culture. Every policy that could be broken, was.Cordinators bully and single out staff members. Management join in. No one takes responsibility for their actions.This company does NOT value their staff who put in the hard work and who genuinely care for clients. This company has gone way down hill. They also remove any negative reviews to try and uphold a fake positive imagine. All you have to do is speak to anyone in the disability industry and you will find out the truth.AVOID!!!
